Today, right about 2, I got the urge to re-arrange the furniture in my living room area. Every now and again I feel a need to change something. Usually the answer is cut off my hair or dye it, but this time, it was to move furniture. It all started when I cancelled my cable tv. I didn't need it and felt it was often a distraction. But the cable company did actually turn it off. They quit charging me, but didn't turn off the service. I thought "cool, free cable". But as I began to really think about it, I didn't cancel the cable because of the cost, I cancelled it because it was a distraction. Free cable did fix that.
So today, I moved the tv to the opposite side of the room where the cable cord can't reach. The reception is so bad where I live that I can't even get local channels with rabit ears and a converter box. Maybe now I can keep up with the blog a little bit better.

I love flowers, even fake ones.

I know I have a similiar picture with my books, but this is more representative of my fun and fluff stuff. I love kids' movies. If it's animated, you can bet I've seen it. With the exception of any animae.

I'm not quite sure why I chose this picture, but i like it. It's simple and clean. This is what I come up with when I'm scrounging my apartment looking for something to take a picture of.

We had such a pretty snow the other day. Unfortunately, it was also a very dangerous snow as it was a mix between rain and snow. This meant that during the day, things thawed out, but once night fell, they froze over again and the roads became a skating rink. After being in an accident, I have a new respect for icy roads in the south.

Baby Hannah

My cousin had her beautiful little baby girl on a Wednesday. I had the joy of spending an hour holding her that night. God bless this new little life.

Day 63

Then and Now

It seems like I've always had these two cats. Lucy was absolutely adorable, so when Linus came along, I thought that I probably should look for a good home for him. I fully inteded to do just that as well. Until I got way too attached to the little guy and just couldn't bear to part with him. Now, he's a permanent fixture. And getting so very big, despite what I want.
